How do I get a course to come to my facility or area?
Please contact ARC Seminars and speak with the course coordinator for private/facility course contract information, or email us with your request. Send email
How do I know if a course is cancelled?
We contact each course participant by phone and email if a course will be cancelled. If you have not registered, please check the calendar tab on our website for all current course information. Unfortunately, cancellations may occur at the last minute due to inclement weather or if other participants cancel. We will gladly change you to another course or city without a change fee. Please review our returns and cancellation policy here.
Do I get confirmation of registration to a course?
Yes, confirmations of paid and unpaid registration will be sent to the email from which you registered. Please check Junk or Bulk mail if you do not receive it immediately. email@example.com will be the email sender.
Who do I contact for special accommodations?
Please contact ARC Seminars at least two weeks prior to the course if you require specific accommodations.
Are Breakfast/Lunch provided?
Breakfast and lunch, with the exceptions of large group bookings, will be on your own. We make every effort to hold courses close to facilities that provide lunch.
What should I wear?
Comfortable and loose clothing is recommended for many of our courses as there is always a hands-on, manual component. Participants should bring tank tops and shorts for ‘Edema Management’. Participants are advised to bring a sweater as we cannot always control the temperature of the room.
