We contact each course participant by phone and email if a course will be cancelled. If you have not registered, please check the calendar tab on our website for all current course information. Unfortunately, cancellations may occur at the last minute due to inclement weather or if other participants cancel. We will gladly change you to another course or city without a change fee. Please review our returns and cancellation policy here.
Yes, confirmations of paid and unpaid registration will be sent to the email from which you registered. Please check Junk or Bulk mail if you do not receive it immediately. info@arcseminars.net will be the email sender.

Breakfast and lunch, with the exceptions of large group bookings, will be on your own. We make every effort to hold courses close to facilities that provide lunch.
Comfortable and loose clothing is recommended for many of our courses as there is always a hands-on, manual component. Participants should bring tank tops and shorts for ‘Edema Management’. Participants are advised to bring a sweater as we cannot always control the temperature of the room.
If you register at least three days prior to the course and are paid in full, you will receive your certificate of completion upon termination of the course.
In compliance with professional boards, CEUs may be reduced or withheld from any participant arriving late or leaving the course early.
